About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that has a positive impact on the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness. As the Head of Intensive Case Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective partnerships with local communities, volunteers, and other organizations to support our members in their journey out of homelessness.

About You

We are looking for a strong leader with a track record of operational management and a background in leading teams to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable people. You will have a collaborative approach, sharing ideas and proposing solutions to support the team in adapting to challenges and change.
