About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our Crisis Skylight London team as the Head of Intensive Case Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide intensive case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to support our members in achieving their goals and improving their overall well-being.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of operational management and leadership experience in the homelessness sector. You will be a collaborative and innovative thinker, able to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our members, staff, and partners. You will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness and committed to our organization's mission and values.
