As a Clinical Associate in Psychology, you will play a vital role in enhancing the professional psychological care of our clients across all sectors of care. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of group programs, providing consultation, supervision, training, and service development within your scope of practice. You will also work independently according to an agreed plan and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a first degree in Psychology, be registered with the BPS as a Clinical Associate Psychologist, and have a solid understanding of British Psychological Society (BPS) Professional Code of Conduct, local and national policies, and procedures that define your scope of practice. Additionally, you should be familiar with behavioral change models, including health belief models, to synthesize best practice in the absence of strong evidence or clinical guidelines. A competitive salary of approximately £28,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered for this challenging role.
