Job Description
XO is seeking a skilled Commercial and Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Program Sales Vice Presidents to develop and execute account management strategies to maximise retention and leverage commercial tools to increase conversion of Member quotes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Work hand in hand with Sales Vice Presidents in Region to address risks and mitigate them.
• Meet with Client Services Directors and Program Sales Vice Presidents to discuss operational and commercial matters pertaining to Members.
• Collaborate with Private World and Marketing teams to optimize Member engagement.
• Develop and execute account management strategies to maximise retention.
• Leverage commercial tools to increase conversion of Member quotes.

About You
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in account management, customer success or business development role. Your ability to work with exact accuracy and maintain thorough attention to detail even when working under pressure is crucial. The estimated salary for this role is around $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
