About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will provide personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and general housekeeping.
  • Supporting clients with daily tasks, such as accompanying them to appointments and providing emotional support.
  • Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of care experience.
  • Ability to work an average of 8-week blocks on duty.
  • Attendance at induction and refresher training at our dedicated training centers.
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of our clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
