We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will provide personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality care and support to clients, including assistance with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and general housekeeping.
- Supporting clients with daily tasks, such as accompanying them to appointments and activities, and promoting their social interaction.
- Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
Requirements:
- At least two years of care experience.
- Ability to work an average of 8-week blocks on duty.
- Attendance at induction and refresher training at our dedicated training centers.
- Empathy and understanding of the needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
