About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live-in Care Assistant. As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will live in the home of the person you are caring for, providing personalised care and support.

Your presence will offer comfort and reassurance to both the individual and their loved ones, ensuring they receive high-quality, compassionate care at all times. We are looking for individuals who have a desire to make a real impact on others' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as medication, washing/bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing.
  • Supporting clients with daily tasks, including meal preparation and general housekeeping.
  • Offering choices for social activities, accompanying clients to lead meaningful lives, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.
  • Building positive relationships with clients' families, loved ones, and other professionals involved in their support.

About You:

We are looking for individuals who have at least two years of care experience and can work an average of 8-week blocks on duty. You will also be required to attend induction and refresher training at our dedicated training centers. Our ideal candidate will be able to empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices, provide dignified assistance with personal care, and offer physical and emotional support.
