Job Title: Support Worker for Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Bath. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to an individual with complex needs, including Autism and a Severe Learning Disability.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with an individual who requires 1:1 support in all aspects of daily living. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, daily living skills, and behavior management. You will also support the individual in accessing the community, engaging in activities, and developing life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support to the individual with complex needs
  • Assist with personal care, daily living skills, and behavior management
  • Support the individual in accessing the community and engaging in activities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the individual's needs
  • Work collaboratively with the individual's family and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and Severe Learning Disabilities
  • Ability to provide 1:1 support and work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Current clean full UK driving licence
