Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily tasks, medication, and mobility.
- Supporting clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and social activities.
- Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Empowering clients to make their own decisions and choices, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
Requirements:
- At least two years of care experience, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
- Ability to work an average of 8-week blocks on duty, with flexibility to adapt to changing client needs.
- Attendance at induction and refresher training at our dedicated training centers.
- Empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
