Prospero Health & Social Care is seeking a Support Worker to join their team. As a Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with complex needs, including emotional and behavioural challenges. Your duties will include general support, 1:1 support, support in the community, and helping individuals live a fun and fulfilling life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to individuals with complex needs
Assist with daily living tasks
Support individuals in the community
Help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
Requirements:
Experience in a support work/care environment
Up-to-date mandatory training (Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Prevention, Equality and Diversity, Autism training)
Safeguarding training
Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 (desirable)
