About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Altogether Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily tasks, medication, and mobility.
  • Supporting clients with their daily routines, including meal preparation, housekeeping, and social activities.
  • Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Empowering clients to make their own decisions and choices, promoting independence and dignity.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of care experience.
  • Ability to work an average of 8-week blocks on duty.
  • Attendance at induction and refresher training at our dedicated training centers.
  • Empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
