Job Title: Complex Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Worker to join our team in Bath. As a Complex Care Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our female client with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, and ventilation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our client with daily living activities, including medication management and administration
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks
  • Assisting with enteral feeding and tracheostomy care
  • Managing epilepsy and seizure episodes
  • Providing emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

  • 6 months' paid experience in care (does not have to be complex care)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's license and own car (an advantage)
  • Good professional and personal references
