About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Complexus Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

The successful candidate will be working with a lady who has complex care needs, including enteral feeding and respiratory support. You will be responsible for providing companionship, support, and assistance with daily activities, as well as driving her vehicle to attend events and appointments.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and reliable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience in complex care is desirable, but training can be provided.

In return for your commitment and dedication, we offer a competitive rate of pay, up to £17.00 per hour, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities. You will also have access to our employee assistance scheme and auto-enrolment pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to our clients
  • Assisting with daily activities, including personal care and household tasks
  • Driving our client's vehicle to attend events and appointments
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Previous experience in complex care (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
