Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in Droitwich. As a key member of our residential service, you will play a vital role in supporting young people between the ages of 14-17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging the young people to take responsibility for their own lives, and promoting their independence and well-being. Your empathetic and relatable approach will help build strong relationships with the young people, staff, parents, and other professionals involved in their care.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, preferably in a residential setting, and possess excellent communication and listening skills. A full driver's licence and a car are essential for this role, as you will be required to transport the young people from time to time.
