About the Role:
  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral development.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging positive relationships and behaviors.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
  • Engage in activities and outings that promote socialization, education, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with external professionals, such as social workers and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Empathetic and relatable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a 3-week rolling rota, including sleep-ins.
