About the Role:- Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging positive relationships and behaviors.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the needs of each young person are met.
- Engage in activities and outings that promote socialization, education, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with external professionals, such as social workers and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive support.
- Experience working with young people, preferably in a residential setting.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Empathetic and relatable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 3-week rolling rota, including sleep-ins.
- A competitive salary of £27,336 - £30,336, including sleep allowance.
