Your Role

As Business Director, you'll empower your team to achieve shared goals, ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction are met. You'll drive both the sales and service departments to exceed key performance indicators and monthly targets, while continuously seeking out new ways to grow the business.

You Will

  • Lead the Volvo West London dealership with vision, energy, and motivation;
  • Set the strategic direction for the dealership, empowering your team to achieve shared goals;
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer engagement and satisfaction are met;
  • Drive both the sales and service departments to exceed key performance indicators and monthly targets;
  • Continuously seek out new ways to grow the business.

Requirements
