Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bus Field Service Technician to join our team at Volvo London Bus Field Service operation. This role will be a key interface between the Field Service Operations control team and bus and coach customers, providing superior diagnostic and repair skills in a flexible and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to customers across the Volvo London network, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of commercial vehicle technology, staying up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in commercial vehicle technology or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience working with buses and coaches, preferably within a field service environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
