We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to support our Central Services Manager in developing an innovative benefits service for carers across Lincolnshire.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Central Services Manager to design and implement an engaging benefits service that addresses the needs of carers.
  • Create a culture of continuous learning within the team, identifying gaps and developing new functions that contribute to contract delivery.
  • Motivate and inspire a team through visible day-to-day leadership and management, creating a positive environment that enables collaboration and goal achievement.
Requirements:
  • A working knowledge of social care and health, particularly in relation to adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
