**Care Services Director Opportunity

We are recruiting a Care Services Director to lead our care services in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of our service users
  • Managing and coordinating care for clients in a community setting
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager and working collaboratively with other teams

**Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or a related topic
  • Proven experience in healthcare leadership and management
  • Sound knowledge of CQC framework and regulations

**What We Offer:
