**Care Services Director Opportunity
We are recruiting a Care Services Director to lead our care services in Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of our service users
- Managing and coordinating care for clients in a community setting
- Reporting to the Operations Manager and working collaboratively with other teams
**Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or a related topic
- Proven experience in healthcare leadership and management
- Sound knowledge of CQC framework and regulations
**What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £48,000 per annum
- Car allowance of £3,000 per annum
