Job Title: User Experience Researcher

We are seeking a skilled User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team at La Fosse. As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs and behaviors, and using this insight to inform design decisions.

About the Role

As a User Experience Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research to gain a deep understanding of customer experiences across different digital platforms. You will work closely with the design team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet customer needs.

You will use a variety of research methods, including qualitative and quantitative techniques, to gather data and insights. You will also work with stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience conducting research in complex, regulated environments or with B2B audiences
  • Skills in using UX design research tools like User Zoom and Figma
  • Familiarity with working with customer data and UX metrics to evaluate design
  • Experience exploring accessibility needs and customer vulnerabilities through research
