Job Summary:
RBW Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Research Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the discovery and preclinical strategy for our lead asset and preclinical programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the preclinical strategy for our lead asset and preclinical programs
- Collaborate with clinical development to provide non-clinical pharmacology expertise for the design of clinical trial protocols
- Manage activities completed by Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and research partners
- Contribute to regulatory agency meetings from a preclinical perspective
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation
Requirements:
- PhD in a scientific related discipline
- Proven track record of driving drug discovery projects through the IND enabling stage
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and legislation
- Previous experience within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment leading preclinical strategy
