**About the Role**

We are working exclusively with a well-known Market Research Agency for an experienced Research Director to join their team, driven by client growth. This strategic position focuses on building and managing client relationships through high-quality, strategic insights, and will be ideal for a leader with extensive pharmaceutical market research experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design, manage, and deliver client projects
* Lead on quant research, design through to execution
* Deliver high-quality insights with innovative ideas
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, ensuring actionable insights

**Requirements**

* Strong market research experience, ideally within an agency
* Extensive healthcare/pharmaceutical research experience with a proven track record
* Expertise in at least one research area
* Excellent quantitative research experience a must
