Mentor for Children with SEN and SEMH Needs

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a primary school in Southwark. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour.

This will involve delivering targeted interventions in small groups and 1:1 sessions to support social and emotional development. You will also support children across key stages, from Year 1 to Year 6, ensuring individual needs are met.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
