Job Responsibilities

As an Unqualified Mental Health Assistant - SEMH Needs, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with young people with SEN/SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Supporting pupils and class teachers within the classroom
  • Assisting with delivering core subject material

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and working with young people, strong academics (2:1 or 1st Class degree), and previous school-based experience.
