SEN and SEMH Needs Mentor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated SEN and SEMH Needs Mentor to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs in an Outstanding Secondary School in Kensington & Chelsea.

About the Role:
  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 in their personal development and academic progress.
  • Work closely with the Pastoral Team to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Supervise students throughout the school day.
What We Offer:
  • A salary range of £26,000 - £29,000 per year, depending on experience.
