Job Title: Supporting SEN and SEMH Students

We are seeking a highly motivated Psychology Graduate to join our team as a learning support assistant.
">Job Description:
- Assist students with their learning needs, working closely with teachers to provide individualized support.
- Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, promoting their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of psychology principles and their application in educational settings. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a Russell Group university is essential for this position.
