About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs. As a Russell Group Psychology Graduate, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, promoting social interaction and learning skills
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and deliver group intervention sessions, targeting specific areas of need
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to ensure effective support and targeted interventions
  • Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school environment

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A Russell Group Psychology degree or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with children and young people
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative support strategies
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
