Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Gray Healthcare. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across our services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our services and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ICBs, Trusts, and NHS organisations.
- Work closely with our Assessment and Contract Manager to ensure internal processes are followed and costings are accurately generated.
- Market our services effectively to raise brand awareness and attract new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our wider team to generate meetings and appointments with key decision-makers.
- Proven experience in business development and growth within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of ICBs, LA, and NHS England commissioning and procurement procedures and practices.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
