Job Summary:


The successful candidate will work as part of our multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing perinatal mental health difficulties. This may include assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and working with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective interventions.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans for patients with perinatal mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions and promote positive outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Promote best practice and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the quality of care delivered

Requirements:



  • Degree-level qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work
  • Experience of working in a community mental health setting, preferably in perinatal mental health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing patient needs at all times
