Out-of-Hours Healthcare Professionals

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team at Think Workforce, providing urgent care services in Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

Rate:

$180-$200 per day (Ltd or Sole Trader), with increased compensation for Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical decision-making in urgent care services, utilizing the Adastra system.
  • Provide face-to-face consultations in clinics, home visits, and telehealth consultations as needed.
  • Deliver care during in-hours and out-of-hours shifts, weekdays, and weekends.
  • Apply advanced clinical skills in assessing and managing urgent medical cases.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified ANP or ECP, registered with the NMC or equivalent.
  • Current registration with the NMC or equivalent.
  • Valid Enhanced DBS certificate and Update Service registration.
  • Competency in Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) and minor injury/illness management.
