Job Description

This role requires an experienced Healthcare Trainer Professional who can deliver high-quality H&S training to our employees. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of health and safety principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive H&S training programs for staff members
  • Maintain up-to-date records of departmental H&S training activities
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety matters to colleagues
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify and address H&S training needs
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold relevant certifications in training activities like Manual Handling, Crane Training, and FLT
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of H&S legislation and regulations
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Showcase exceptional leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Be based in Worcester with proximity to nearby cities such as Cheltenham and Gloucester
Salary and Benefits

A generous £45,000 - £60,000 per annum salary package, which includes a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for career advancement.
