Registered Neurocare & Rehabilitation Manager Job Overview
PSR Solutions is a leading provider of specialist rehabilitation services in the UK. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Registered Neurocare & Rehabilitation Manager to join our team in the Worcester area.

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing high-quality care programs that meet the unique needs of our clients
2. Leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and support
3. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
4. Reviewing and improving all aspects of our care home services, including policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A recognized nursing qualification (e.g., RGN, RMN, RNLD)
• Minimum of two years' experience working as a Registered Manager, preferably within a neurological environment
• Excellent clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on neurological conditions
• Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits
The annual salary for this role is expected to be between £75,000 and £80,000, with an additional bonus up to £112,000 per annum. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing training and career development opportunities.
