Customer Relationship Professional

We are recruiting a Customer Relationship Professional to join Barchester Healthcare, supporting our North division. This role involves regular travel and overnight stays as required.
About the Role:This is an opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of our first-class care homes. Our company offers a generous car allowance of £6,500 per annum, unlimited access to our refer a friend scheme, earning up to £500* per referral, and many other benefits.
Responsibilities:- Talking to potential new residents over the phone, providing informative and welcoming tours of the homes.
- Generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities.
- Maintaining a contacts database.
We estimate this position to earn around £45,000-£60,000 annually.
A track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a care home setting, is essential for this role. Experience building relationships within a local community and a full UK driving licence are also necessary.
