We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home Design and Sales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative designs that meet the needs of our customers, from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their design preferences and providing expert advice.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A performance-related bonus scheme, ensuring you are rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

Requirements:

  • An excellent communication skillset, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, to enable home visits and support field-based sales activity.
