Job Title: Home Design Consultant with Sales Skills

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Home Design Consultant with Sales Skills to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Consultations: Meet with customers in-store and at home to discuss their design needs and preferences
  • Design Creation: Use your creativity and technical skills to create innovative designs that meet customer needs
  • Sales and Follow-up: Present designs to customers, handle objections, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed goals
  • Valid UK Driving Licence: Ability to visit customers in their homes, bringing tools and materials as needed

Compensation and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Annual leave entitlement: up to 35 days, including Bank Holidays
  • Pension scheme: up to 10% employer contribution
