Job Title: Paediatric Nurse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face support to children and their families in a community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and their families in a community setting
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of children and their families
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and their families
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid Paediatric qualification
  • Experience in a community care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of child development and family-centered care
