Job Title: Care Quality Trainer Lead

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Care Quality Trainer Lead. The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and delivering training programs to ensure our staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering induction and development training to circa 5 homes and/or hospitals across a specific region, focusing on improving care quality and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet Barchester's objectives and training statistics
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and publish training calendars
  • Ensure employee training files are accurate and up-to-date
  • Conduct regular observations of workplace practice
Requirements:
  1. C&G 7300 (or equivalent)
  2. Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or experience of working in the social care sector
  3. Strong understanding of care sector legislation
  4. Minimum 2 years' experience in a training role
  5. Valid UK driving licence
