Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and progress.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Salary and Benefits

Required Skills and Experience
  • A C&G 7300 (or equivalent) Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of legislative requirements in the care sector.
  • At least 2 years of training experience in the care sector.
  • A full UK driving licence.
