About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Care Manager to lead our care team and provide personalized care to our residents.

\

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a senior or team leader role in a residential care home setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care. They will also possess a NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care and be willing to complete Level 3.

\

In return for their hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension scheme, and 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

\

The ideal candidate will be a positive role model with excellent leadership skills, where respect and dignity are at the centre of their values. They will be passionate about delivering outstanding care and committed to developing their skills and knowledge through our robust career pathways and CPD programs.
