Compassionate Care Lead

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and security.
About the Role:
The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that our residents receive personalized care plans that meet their unique needs. You will work closely with our residents and their families to understand their preferences and requirements, maintaining accurate records of your activities and participating in safeguarding training. Your ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and take appropriate action will be crucial in creating a safe and supportive environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care to our residents
* Developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
* Maintaining accurate records of your activities and reporting any concerns or incidents
* Participating in safeguarding training and taking appropriate action to prevent abuse, harm, or neglect
* Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and other members of the care team
