About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Fevaca. As a specialist in providing care and support to children and young adults, you will play a vital role in helping them overcome their previous trauma and build trust in adults again.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside a tight-knit team of colleagues to build relationships with young people in our care
  • Support young people in achieving their goals and developing independence, education, and overall wellbeing
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and engaging environment for young people
  • Participate in extensive training, including NVQs, to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
