Senior Fundraising Professional

East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fundraising Professional to join their dynamic fundraising team based at either The Nook, The Treehouse, or Milton. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to develop, implement, and grow the major giving strategy at East Anglia's Children's Hospices.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and support the delivery of the major supporters strategy in collaboration with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships and Director of Fundraising and Communications.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with existing and new donors, including soliciting and stewarding five and six-figure gifts from key individuals.
- Design and implement a programme of special events to engage with high-value individuals, influencers, and existing major supporters.
- Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organisation to maximise income and awareness for EACH, including the Care Team, Corporate Fundraising, and Charitable Trusts.
- Liaise with the Marketing and Communications Team to write or commission copy for marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices within the charity sector, focusing on major supporters, and share insights to inform planning and support the development of new ideas and practices.
