Community Outreach Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Community Outreach Worker to join our Specialist Community CAMHS team. As a Senior Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting young people with mental health difficulties, working closely with care coordinators, psychiatry, and the Clinical Nurse Specialist.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, including Maths and English GCSE grade C or above, and Further Education or Diploma Training in Health and Social Care. You will also need experience of working with children and young people with mental health conditions, assisting in assessments, and implementing care plans.

The salary for this position is £29,608 - £34,804 per annum, depending on experience.
