Community Health Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Community Health Outreach Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term role that requires approximately 3-4 hours of commitment per week, starting from the beginning of November.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and patient, and possess problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate respect and discretion in all interactions.
The purpose of this role is to gather feedback from patients about their experience with our service. This involves calling patients to discuss their satisfaction with the service and identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities- Gather feedback from patients through telephone calls
- Discuss patient satisfaction with the service
- Identify areas for improvement
The selected candidate will receive training on our service and the expectations of the role. They will also have access to resources and support to ensure their success in this position.

- Minimum 6 months' commitment
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance
Estimated salary: £12-£15 per hour based on location and experience.
