Community Health Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate community health nurse to join our team. As a bank community health nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the community.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community nursing and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to provide skilled, effective, and evidence-based care to patients with a variety of presentations.
The salary for this role is £28-£38 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer free uniforms, paid expenses, and priority access to shifts.
Key Responsibilities- To develop and utilise a range of nursing skills such as continence assessment, ECG recordings, and venepuncture.
- To take a pro-active approach towards discharge planning according to local policy.
- To identify, prioritise, and implement programmes of care that meet the needs of clients/patients using an appropriate nursing model.
