Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team as a Bank Community Health Nurse. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a variety of presentations, including rehabilitation and healthcare needs.

Your main duties will include:

  • Undertaking nursing assessments without supervision and determining patient need/risk and planning, implementing and evaluating their care.
  • Working in partnership with multi-disciplinary members of the team, other professionals and agencies, to meet the health and rehabilitation needs of patients within the Rehabilitation Unit.
  • Maintaining standards of clinical nursing care using an evidence-based approach within the Unit, incorporating principles and values of clinical governance.
