We are looking for an experienced clinician to join our team as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse/Registered Mental Health Nurse.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our service users, carers, and colleagues to positively manage risk in the acute care pathway and enable individuals' recovery journeys.

Key responsibilities include providing urgent assessments, working with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe and effective treatment in the community, and facilitating early discharges from acute inpatient units.

The estimated salary for this position is £42,058 - £57,322 per annum, depending on experience.

Please note that this role requires a full valid driving license and access to a car for regular business use.
