**Support Worker Opportunity**
Polaris Community is looking for a skilled and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to young people in their individual flat or shared house, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
You will work closely with other staff members to provide a responsive and customised service to young people. Your key responsibilities will include working with person-centred risk assessments, observing changes in behaviour, and maintaining positive relationships with young people and staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience supporting vulnerable young people, hold relevant qualifications, and be able to communicate effectively with young people and staff.
**Requirements**
- Hold Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People's Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Be able to work flexibly, including weekends
A competitive salary of £12.02 per hour reflects the importance of this role in providing quality care and support to young people.
