Community Outreach Officer

We're looking for a skilled Community Outreach Officer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. As a key member of our Customer and Neighbourhood Team, you'll deliver tailored interventions for vulnerable customers and support compliance in mixed-tenure communities.
This is an exciting opportunity to be an advocate for our customers and deliver services aligned to our Customer Care Standards. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure high levels of service performance and customer satisfaction.
- You'll handle a range of day-to-day and more complex cases, providing specialist support to customers in need.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
