Teaching Personnel seeks a dedicated educator to support students with special educational needs in Key Stage 1.
**Job Overview:**
- We are looking for an experienced teacher to join our dynamic school team, working with young learners who require additional support.
**Salary and Benefits:**
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges.
- Create Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN support staff, and external specialists to provide a holistic approach to learning.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and strategies for continued support at home.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is required for this position.
- Previous experience teaching KS1 and/or SEN students is desirable but not essential.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in children's lives are essential qualities for this role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs are also required.
